It does, yes. I can't say I've ever heard of someone experiencing death, and dying again. Well - unless they managed to revive themselves somehow in the middle. Maybe this is some sort of purgatory.
If it was purgatory… that’s more a holding bay? I’d expect both of them to pop back up if the point here was just to show us we could be killed. If it’s not then… what, did they both head off somewhere else entirely? Like actual hell instead of fake-hell?
